1. Product Description

The FNF Community is a digital wellness and behavioral coaching program that includes, but is not limited to: pre-recorded video modules, downloadable resources and toolkits, access to a private online community, monthly live group coaching calls, and any additional content or resources added over time.

The content within The FNF Community is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or nutritional advice. See Section 8 (Disclaimer) for full details.

2. Purchase & Payment

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount as listed at the time of checkout. Payment options include a one-time payment or an installment plan, as displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

If you select a payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge the agreed-upon installments on the scheduled dates. Failure to complete all installment payments does not entitle you to a refund of payments already made, and may result in suspension or termination of your access.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and the immediate access granted upon purchase to the full content library, community, and resources, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content, and you waive any right to a refund, cooling-off period, or chargeback claim related to this purchase.

4. Access & Lifetime Membership

Upon purchase, you are granted lifetime access to The FNF Community, including all current content and any future content, modules, or resources added over time. "Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the product — meaning for as long as The FNF Community continues to operate.

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or restructure the content, delivery format, or platform at any time without prior notice, provided that the core value of the product is maintained.

5. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

As a member of The FNF Community, you agree to:

• Treat all members, staff, and coaches with respect and courtesy.
• Maintain the confidentiality of other members' personal stories, experiences, and information shared within the community.
• Refrain from sharing, distributing, or promoting harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive content within the community.
• Not use the community for the promotion or sale of your own products, services, or business unless explicitly authorized by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to remove any member who violates these conduct standards, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within The FNF Community — including but not limited to video modules, written materials, toolkits, worksheets, scripts, frameworks, templates, graphics, branding, and live call recordings — is the intellectual property of NATDSOUZA Public Relations Management and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, repurpose, or create derivative works from any content within The FNF Community without the express written permission of the Company. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of any materials may result in termination of your access without refund and may be subject to legal action.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own personal development. This license does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

7. Account & Access Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to The FNF Community to any third party. If the Company identifies unauthorized sharing of access, your membership may be terminated without refund.

8. Disclaimer

The FNF Community provides behavioral, wellness, and educational content. It is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, psychiatric, or nutritional service.

Natassia D'Souza is a behavioral specialist and wellness coach, not a licensed medical professional, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or registered dietitian. The content provided is based on behavioral coaching methodologies and personal expertise.

Nothing within The FNF Community should be interpreted as medical advice, mental health treatment, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.

By joining, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that any actions you take based on the content are your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its owner, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use The FNF Community, including but not limited to any physical, emotional, psychological, financial, or relational outcomes.

Your use of the product is at your own risk. The Company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or transformations.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to The FNF Community at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or community conduct standards. In the event of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued.

You may choose to discontinue your use of The FNF Community at any time. However, discontinuation does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of The FNF Community after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
