For years, I used food to cope with stress, uncertainty, pressure, and emotions I didn’t know how to sit with. After losing 65kg, I thought everything would fall into place. But even with the weight gone, I was still stuck in the same cycle: food noise, guilt, urges, and emotional eating that felt completely out of my control.
That’s when I realized: the real work isn’t just about changing your body, it’s about changing what’s driving your behaviors. I started looking deeper… not into another plan or diet, but into why I kept turning to food in the first place. Now, that’s what I help others do too.
