Hi, I’m Natassia

For years, I used food to cope with stress, uncertainty, pressure, and emotions I didn’t know how to sit with. After losing 65kg, I thought everything would fall into place. But even with the weight gone, I was still stuck in the same cycle: food noise, guilt, urges, and emotional eating that felt completely out of my control. That’s when I realized: the real work isn’t just about changing your body, it’s about changing what’s driving your behaviors. I started looking deeper… not into another plan or diet, but into why I kept turning to food in the first place. Now, that’s what I help others do too.

HOW IT STARTED

THE TRUTH BENEATH THE TRANSFORMATION

My journey with food wasn’t just about weight. It was about survival using food to cope with stress, pressure, deep-rooted emotions, and wounds I didn’t yet understand. I didn’t know how to slow down. I didn’t know how to sit with discomfort. So I ate to escape, soothe, and silence what I didn’t have the tools to face.

At my highest weight of over 145kg, food became both my comfort and my shame. And when I lost 65kg, I thought freedom would follow. But it didn’t.

I was the smallest I’d ever been, but still tormented by food noise, urges, restriction, bingeing, and the pressure to “keep it all together.” I thought I had won, but I was still stuck in the same emotional cycle. And no one talks about that part. That was my wake-up call: the real work wasn’t about the weight. It was about learning how to respond to myself differently with awareness, not avoidance.

That moment changed everything.

I stopped searching for the next plan and started building something that actually works — something rooted in psychology, emotional intelligence, and real-life tools that people can actually use.

Now, I lead Feel It, Not Feed It — a platform, a method, and a movement that helps men and women break free from the cycle of emotional eating, bingeing, and food obsession.
