Well known for her incredible 65KG weight loss journey, she now helps people across the globe to identify their eating behaviours and patterns leading them to significant weight loss.
Driven by her mission to coach people on how to understand their eating patterns & ‘feel their emotions and not feed it’, she takes pride in providing the best tips, advice, and solutions to help people to understand how they are using food as a coping mechanism.
As a successful coach, her goals include addressing one’s eating habits and triggers and reframing their mindset with new routines and habits that will aid in them learning skills to no longer use food as an emotional tool. This in turn results in them achieving their ideal weight loss goals.
